Tree work is very specialised and dangerous, therefore we invest highly in training and new equipment. All our staff are NPTC trained and a risk assessment is carried out before any job is started to ensure safety and minimise risk.
All work carried out by tree surgery ltd adheres closely to the following legislation:
- - BS3998: 1989 "recommendations for tree work".
- - Town and Country planning act 1997.
- - LOLER (lifting operations lifting equipment regulations 1998)
- - PUWER 98 (the Provision and use of work equipment regulations 1998)
- - AFAG safety guidelines (the Arboriculture and Forestry Advisory Group)
We work alongside local councils to deal with matters such as conservation areas and TPO's (Tree Preservation Orders).
Tree Surgery Ltd is committed to improving the environment so 100% of our waste is recycled. All of our waste products are made into:
- Compost
- Garden mulch
- Logs
- Bio-fuel woodchip
We also promise that for every tree we cut down, we will plant another tree! Another step closer to lowering our carbon footprint!
We have public liability insurance cover up to £2,500,000 to ensure peace of mind for our clients.
